1. Account Registration & Age Requirements

By registering an account with Shoutcast Net, you formally declare and confirm that you are a legally recognized adult, being at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater).

The site administrators are not responsible for any false statements made by users during registration. We reserve the right to immediately cancel and permanently ban any account discovered to be operated by a minor or created using false credentials.

2. Prohibited Content & Acceptable Use

To maintain a safe environment for all our users and partners, the following types of content are strictly prohibited across all streaming services and virtual servers on our platform:

• Child Exploitation: Any child abusive content, in any shape or form, is strictly prohibited and will be reported to international authorities immediately.
• Violence & Hate Speech: Texts, media, audio, or video that advocate, incite, or glorify violence, harassment, discrimination, or aggression against any individual or group.
• Illegal Activities: The distribution, sale, or promotion of illegal goods, texts, explicit illegal media, or pirated software.

For pages or streams that are reasonably classified as for adult audiences, we strongly recommend implementing an access list or gateway to propertly manage your visitors.

3. Intellectual Property & Copyrights

All objects, audio streams, video broadcasts, and media assets that a user creates or distributes in the context of using Shoutcast Net remain the sole property of that user. Shoutcast Net makes no claim of ownership over your user-generated content or streams.

By using our services, you commit to protecting and respecting the copyrights of others. You may not broadcast copyrighted material (such as music, movies, or shows) unless you own the rights or have appropriate licenses to do so.

4. Copyright Infringement & Takedown Process

If a copyright holder discovers a violation of their intellectual property taking place on our servers, they must inform the site administrators immediately.

• The site administrator will review and take appropriate actions to protect these rights.
• Until the final clarification of facts is obtained, access to the disputed content or stream will be temporarily restricted.
• Removal of alleged copyright infringements by property rights holders themselves (i.e., through technical workarounds) may not be done without our explicit consent. We guarantee that verified complained content will be removed immediately from our network without the necessity of involving legal representation on your end.

5. Violations & Enforcement

Violation of any of these Terms of Service will result in investigation. In the case of continued non-compliance or severe initial violations, the site administrator reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your services without a refund, and where necessary, take appropriate legal action.
